The Business Challenge
The Business Challenge

Project Overview
Architect a unified, enterprise‑grade design system to replace 7 distinct design systems spanning Win32, Win64, Java, HTML, iOS, Android, and Windows Mobile, driving consistency across 300+ product SKUs. The initiative aimed to streamline delivery, reduce design debt, and enable scalable, consumer‑grade experiences for Cerner’s global product ecosystem.
My Role
Served as one of three Creative Leads driving the design and architecture of Cerner’s enterprise‑wide design system. Partnered with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on framework principles, establish governance, and ensure adoption across global teams, reducing design debt, accelerating delivery, and elevating consistency and usability across Cerner's product portfolio.
